SHIPPING POLICY

All orders are packed and shipped personally by the Forty-Love team from our Sydney and Brisbane HQs.

Please note that our HQ is closed on weekends and Australian public holidays. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be shipped on the next business day.

SHIPPING DESTINATIONS

We are currently shipping to Australia, New Zealand, and the United States.

If you are located outside these countries and would like to be notified when we ship to your region, please contact us at info@fortylove.com.au.

ORDER PROCESSING

Orders are processed Monday to Friday (excluding public holidays)
Orders are typically dispatched within 1–3 business days, unless otherwise stated (e.g. pre-orders or launch periods)
You'll receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking once your order has been dispatched

Free shipping on all Australian orders over $250 AUD

Free shipping thresholds are automatically applied at checkout where eligible.

All US orders are shipped via Australia Post International from Australia.

Peak periods or circumstances beyond our control

TRACKING & DELIVERY RESPONSIBILITY

All orders are shipped with tracking.

Once your order has been dispatched, risk passes to you.

Forty-Love is not responsible for parcels that are delayed, lost, misplaced, or stolen once marked as "Delivered" by the carrier.

Please ensure your delivery address is accurate at checkout. Orders returned to us due to incorrect or incomplete addresses may incur additional shipping charges to resend.

INTERNATIONAL DUTIES & TAXES (NEW ZEALAND)

International orders may be subject to import duties, GST, or customs fees determined by New Zealand authorities. These charges are the responsibility of the customer and are not included at checkout.

For New Zealand orders:

Prices are displayed in NZD at checkout
Any applicable duties, GST, or customs charges are determined by New Zealand customs authorities

In accordance with Australian export regulations, we are required to:

Declare the full value of all items
Mark all shipments as "merchandise"

We are unable to mark orders as "gifts", even if purchased as one.

Any duties, taxes, or import fees paid are non-refundable if an order is returned or rejected by customs.

INTERNATIONAL DUTIES & TAXES (UNITED STATES)

Forty-Love ships to the United States via Australia Post International from Australia.

What you pay at checkout — and that's it:

Product price in USD
Shipping (Standard US$20 / Express US$35)

Import duties, tariffs, and customs handling fees are absorbed by Forty-Love and built into our US product pricing. You will not receive any additional charges after your order is placed. Your parcel will clear US customs without any further payment required from you.

All Forty-Love products are manufactured in China. This is declared on all customs documentation in accordance with Australian export regulations and US Customs and Border Protection (CBP) requirements.

In accordance with Australian export regulations, we are required to:

Declare the full value of all items
Mark all shipments as "merchandise"
Include the correct HS tariff code and country of origin on all customs documentation

We are unable to mark orders as "gifts", even if purchased as one.
